For children interested in becoming a Cheerleader, this is a perfect opportunity to learn what the sport is all about!! Our clinics, taught by experienced cheerleaders, incorporate the fundamentals of cheering—arm movements, jumps, and a variety of cheers and chants that incorporate these skills—including a spirit dance! Parents and friends are invited to our PEP RALLY at the end of the session to watch the Cheerleaders showcase their new skills.

Each session will last for 30 minutes - 1 hour and will consist of a warm-up, age-appropriate aerobic activity, strength training, games, dances, and cool-down. Please describe below any injuries, health problems or limitations which might inhibit or limit your child’s participation:

Agreement to Company Policies

• I understand that Camps are a voluntary enrichment program.
• There is a $30 fee on all returned checks or echecks, as our bank charges us when a check does not clear for this reason.
• A minimum enrollment of eight children is necessary for a class to be scheduled. Classes will be cancelled with notice if the minimum is not met.
• I agree that I will not hold Stretch-n-Grow Dance responsible for accidents.

Dancewear

AGES 3-5: The cost for the dancewear is $40 and includes a leotard, tights, shoes, and dance bag. GRADES K-6: The cost for the dancewear is $20 and includes a shirt and shorts. Please indicate sizes below.
